Ingredients

• 1 Chicken, cut into 6 pieces

• 150g Leeks, cut into 3cm slices

• 10 celery leaves

• Parsley Root

• 1 cup Fine Matzo Meal
• 1 cup Boiling Water
• 2 Eggs
• 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
