• 1 c Cabbage shredded
• 1 tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 4 c Chicken stock defatted
• 1/2 c Lentils rinsed
• 1/2 ts Dried thyme
• 1 c Celery stalk finely diced
• Drained
• 1 tb Dried basil
• 3 c Onions chopped

• 1 c Garbanzo beans canned, Rinsed and drained
• 2 c Water
• 1/2 ts Dried Oregano
• 2 lg cloves Garlic minced
• 1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
