  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cucumber (sliced)
  • 50gm Peanut butter
  • 30gm Fried crunchy anchovies
  • 10g Desiccated coconut
  • 2 Brioché burger/normal burger buns
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 chicken breast (butterflied/halved)
