- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp (5 mL) dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) dry sherry
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 4 lb (2 Kg) baked potatoes
- 1 cup (250 mL) GAY LEA - Original Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh parsley, chopped
