Fillet Steak,roasted Smashed Potatoes,mushroom Sauce recipe by Mahfuza

Ingredients

• ½ squeezed lemon
• 1 tablespoon ground garlic
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 tablespoon ground green chillies
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• ½ teaspoon Black pepper
• 1 tablespoon mustard powder
• 1 tablespoon oil
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• Add ½ cup sour and fresh cream and simmer.
• Add steak back in the pot just before serving and heat til sauce thickens.
• Allow to bake till golden and crispy.
• Mushrooms
• ¼ onion braised in garlic butter
• Add mushrooms
• ¼ teaspoon White pepper
• Lemon pepper
• Salt to taste
• And allow to cook till water burns out
