Bolognese

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
• 2 large Onion chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic pressed
• 1 pound Ground beef or mixture
• 1 can Tomato paste
• 2 cans (16 oz) Tomatoes crushed
• 16 fluid oz Water
• 2 cups White wine dry- I have used red
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
• 2 pinches Red pepper flakes
• 3 Bay leaf
• 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon Basil
• 1/2 teaspoon Sage
• 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
• 1/4 pound Mushroom chopped
