• Grated zest of 1 lemon
• ¼ cup toasted pine nuts, coarsely chopped

• ¼ cup grated Grana Padano
• 2 large eggs

• 1/4 Cup Chicken Stock (Chicken Stock)
• Juice of 1 lemon
