- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 200g/7oz basmati rice
- 400ml/14fl oz chicken stock
- 75g/2½oz butter
- freshly ground black pepper
- 5 filo pastry sheets
