• 1/2 onion
• 2 cups chanterelles
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 cup brown rice
• 1 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/2 teaspoon corn starch
• 1 pinch red pepper flakes
• salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup chicken stock
