Classical summer dish: Linguini with fish fillet, tomatoes, and olives | Easy & delicious first course. Prep: 20 min., Cook: 15 min.
Ingredients
- 500 g of linguini ( see pasta making section to make your homemade pasta )
- 300 g of sea bass fillets or other fish in chunks
- 300 g of chopped tomatoes
- 1 bunch of chopped basil
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley
- 50 g of Riviera olives
- 1 clove of garlic
- The tip of 1 chili pepper
- Saute the garlic, chili pepper, chopped herbs in the oil then brown the sea bass chunks
- add the tomato, salt and pepper
- cook for 10 minutes, then add the olives.
- In the meantime, boil the pasta, drain it, season it with the prepared sauce, and serve.
