- 2.2 kilo's green tomatoes
- 1.3 kilo's cooking apples
- 500 g seedless raisins or sultanas
- 6 large cooking onions
- 1 litre malt vinegar
- 1 kg brown sugar
- 2 tsp cloves
- 2 chillies
- 100 g salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 225 g sliced lemon peel - Optional
