Ingredients

• 1/2 pound ground pork
• 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon shoaling wine or dry sherry
• pinch of black pepper
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
• 200 grams wheat noodles, such as ramen noodles
• 1 cup chopped napa cabbage
• 1 green onion, chopped
• crushed peanuts or sesame seeds for garnish
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons tahini or peanut butter
• 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons chili oil with chili flakes
• 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns, toasted and ground
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar
