• 1 cup (165g) Light brown sugar
• ½ cup (100g) Granulated sugar
• 1 Large egg + 1 egg yolk
• 2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 ¾ cups (215g) Plain flour
• 2 ½ Tablespoons (30g) granulated sugar
• store bought thick caramel for drizzle
