Ingredients

• 3 tsp Freshly Spiced Sazon Spice Blend
• 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 4 Chicken breast cut into 2cm cubes
• 2 Peppers diced
• 5 Spring Onions roughly chopped
• 6 Pineapple Rings cut into 1cm segments
• Brocolli Head cut into small pieces. 3-5 cm
• 250g Rice
• 3cm Ginger sliced
• 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Ketchup
• 400g Can Black Beans
• Handful Fresh Coriander finely chopped
