Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground beef
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Spanglish Asadero All Purpose Seasoning
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• ¼ white onion, finely chopped
• 2 cups Maseca (corn flour)
• 2 cups warm water
• 1 pinch of salt
• Oil for frying
• Refried beans
• Chopped lettuce
• Mexican crema
• Crumbled queso fresco
• Salsa to taste
