• 1 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
• 2 Del Monte® Red Bell Peppers, sliced into ¼ ” strips

• 3 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 tbsp. chili powder
• 2 tbsp. juice from Del Monte® Limes
• 1 tsp. fine sea salt
