- 1 Baguette
- 4 TABLESPOONS Remoulade
- 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
- 8 Chorizobratwursts (approx. 60 g each)
- 3 red onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 7-10 Tbsp sugar, salt, sweet paprika
- 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
- 6 TABLESPOONS Tequila
