Ingredients

• 1 cup drained black beans
• 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
• 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
• 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 2 Tbsp lime juice
• 1/2 firm avocado, diced
• 1 tsp cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste
