Raspberry Cream Cheese Celebration Cake - Margot Dreams of Baking
This white layer cake uses my favourite white cake recipe and is filled with raspberry filling. The cake is frosted with a cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients
- cup whole milk
- large egg whites
- tsp vanilla extract
- cups cake flour
- cups granulated sugar
- tsp baking powder
- tsp salt
- tbsp unsalted butter, softened and cut into 12 pieces
- cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- tbsp granulated sugar
- tbsp lemon juice
- cup water, divided
- tbsp corn starch
- tbsp orange or peach liqueur
- oz cream cheese, softened
- tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- cups icing sugar
- tbsp seedless raspberry jam, divided
- oz white chocolate
