Ingredients

• ½: Cup haricot beans
• ½: Cup green split peas
• ½: Cup brown lentils
• ½: Cup red lentils
• 3: Liters good quality beef stock
• 1: Liter water
• 2: Cups finely chopped leek
• 2: Cups chopped parsnips
• 2: Cups chopped turnips
• 2: Cups chopped butternut
• 1: Cup chopped potato
• 1: Cup chopped celery
• 1: Cup finely chopped carrots
• ½: Kg beef mince
• ½: Kg pork mince
• 3: Tablespoons flour
• 6: Tablespoons oil
• 2: Cloves fresh garlic
• 1: Tablespoon thyme
• 1: Tablespoon chopped rosemary
• 1: Tablespoon chopped oregano
• 3: Tablespoons bread crumbs
• 2: Tablespoons milk
• Salt & pepper to taste
