• 100 g flour
• 150 g panko breadcrumbs (enough to coat)
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 6 sausages
• 5 slices of streaky bacon (diced)
• 1/2 red onion (diced)
• Handful of sage (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1/2 red chilli (diced)
• Salt & pepper
• 2 tsp FRANKS RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 3 tsp mayonnaise
