Daikon soup with meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 daikon radish (small)
• 100 g glass noodles
• 200 g ground meat
• 1 spring onion
• 10 g ginger
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp sesame oil
• 1 l water
• chopped cilantro to serve
