- 2 each baking potatoes & sweet potatoes
- 2 red chillies (diced)
- 1 cm ginger (peeled)
- 4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 limes
- 4 spring onions (sliced and ½ bunch coriander, chopped)
- 90 g gram flour and 120g white flour
- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- Olive oil (salt and pepper)
- Optional: Soya yoghurt (with chopped mint and mango chutney)
