• 3-4 fresh tomatoes chopped
• 1 red capsicum (pepper) chopped
• 1 red onion diced
• 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
• 2 Basque chorizo’s thickly sliced
• 1 cup of red wine… Basque blend if you can get it
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
• Fresh bread to serve
