Simple artichoke spinach dip burgers - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) pk. chopped spinach (drained )
• 1 (14oz) can whole artichoke hearts (drained & diced)
• 1 (8oz) pk. cream cheese ( soften)
• 1 1/2 cup kraft parmesan cheese
• 1 Tbsp. garlic salt with parsley
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 2 lbs ground chuck
• 1/2 cup kraft tuscon italian dressing
• 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
• 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt with parsley
• 1 tsp. kosher salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 2-3 Tbsp. vegetable oil, for brushing on grill
• 12 pre-cooked thick sliced bacon, cut in half
• 1 small sheet of aluminum foil
• 1 small red onion, cut into 6 , 1/8 inch thick slices
