Tilapia - Formage Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp butter
• 3 1/2 ounces onion, chopped (about 1 small-medium)
• 4 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• Dash hot sauce
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp garlic powder
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/8 tsp onion powder
• Red pepper flakes, to taste
• 8 tilapia fillets (about 2 1/2 ounces each)
• 4 tbsp cold butter, cut into 16 pieces
