• 1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
• 2 medium onions
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
