Savory Feta Fig Tart | TASTE

Ingredients

• 1 ½ (12 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cubed
• 6 tbsp water
• 1 ⅓ c unbleached all-purpose flour
• ⅓ c whole wheat flour
• ¼ tsp fine sea salt
• 6 oz feta cheese, preferably in brine (about 1 1/2 cups crumbled)
• 1 large egg
• 2 tbsp pitted kalamata olives, rinsed
• 1 pt fresh figs (7-10 large)
• sugar, for sprinkling
• olive oil, honey, sumac, and chile flakes for finishing
