- 1 cup white caster or granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- (2) 3.5 oz packs lady finger cookies
- unsweetened cocoa powder
