Chinese Beef Dumplings Recipe - Make it Scotch

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
• 500g Scotch Beef mince
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp finely grated ginger
• 2 small red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 275g packet dumpling wrappers
• 3 spring onions, shredded
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
