- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- ½ cup wheatgerm
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp five spice powder
- 150g butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup chopped dates
