Ingredients

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup Country Crock® Plant Cream
• 2 large eggs, room temperature *
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons Country Crock® Plant Butter Sticks with Avocado Oil
• 1 1/2 cups Country Crock® Plant Cream
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 4 peaches, sliced into quarters OR 1 can, drained and sliced into quarters
• 3 tablespoons Bourbon
• powdered sugar, for garnish
