• Yellow mustard
• 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
• 1 tablespoon coarse kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
• 1 teaspoon granulated onion
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon hot Hungarian paprika
• 4 cups mesquite and hickory wood chips or 1 cup BBQr's Delight wood pellets
