- 1 Cup Beef Stock
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock
- Water if necessary
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 1 Fresh Bay Leaf
