Ingredients

• 4 cups of cooked or canned white cannellini beans , drained and rinsed
• 0.5 cup of chopped red onion
• 1 clove of garlic , minced
• 0.5 cup of chopped fresh parsley
• 0.5 cup of olive oil
• 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tsp of salt
• 2 cans of water -packed tuna , drained
