Ingredients

• 400g roasted red peppers from a jar, drained*
• 70g smooth all-natural almond butter
• 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
• 1 tsp Just Natural Organic paprika
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp Organic Kitchen extra virgin olive oil
• ½ tsp salt
• Pinch of Just Natural Organic cayenne pepper
• 1 large head of cauliflower
• 60g tahini
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp water
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 - 3 tbsp Just Natural Organic flaked almonds, toasted (to serve)
• Fresh coriander or basil (to serve)
