Easy Shrimp Scampi - The Butcher’s Block by Maxbauer

Ingredients

• 2 lbs bag FROZEN CenSea peeled and deveined 24-30 ct. shrimp
• 1 stick butter
• 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
• Olive oil
• 2 Lemons, zested and juiced
• Fresh parsley (bonus points, but SO worth it!)
• Ground parmesan (if you use fresh, pulse it in your food processor until it's fine)
