Ingredients
- 400 g sultanas
- 400 g mixed fruit
- 3 small apples
- rind and juice of 1 lemon
- rind only of 1 orange
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp grated nutmeg
- ¼ cup brandy, whisky or rum
