Pumpkin Pie - Shamrock Farms
Pour into unbaked pie crust. The pie should be full to the top. It will puff up during baking but will settle back down once cooled.
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked 9” pie crust (store bought or homemade)
- 2 large eggs
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Shamrock Farms Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- dash of cardamom or nutmeg (optional)
