Ingredients

• 1 kg spinach (cleaned and coarsely chopped)
• 250 gr. glutinous rice
• 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
• 500g Milled Tomatoes
• 1 onion (grated or finely chopped)
• 3-4 spring onions (finely chopped)
• 1-2 cloves garlic (optional)
• ½ bunch of dill (finely chopped)
• Salt, freshly ground pepper
• Olive oil
• Lemon juice for serving
