Ingredients

• 350 g chicken thigh or breast fillet, cut into cubes
• 4 g Wow Sarap all-in-one seasoning granules
• 1 pc small egg, beaten
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 l Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
• 1 pc onion, sliced
• 1/2 pc red bell pepper, sliced
• 2 tbsp green onion, sliced
• 3 tbsp Datu Puti White Vinegar [Sauce]
• 1/2 cups UFC Banana Catsup [Sauce]
• 1.5 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in 3/4 cup water [Sauce]
• 5 tbsp sugar, to taste [Sauce]
• 1/4 tsp UFC Iodized salt [Sauce]
