Ingredients

• 2 lbs. ground beef
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 1 can corn (drained)
• 1 can kidney beans (drained)
• 1 can chili beans (undrained)
• 1 can petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
• 1 can RO-TEL (undrained)
• 1 lb. (16 ozs.) block of Velveeta cheese (cubed)
• 1 packet Old ElPaso taco seasoning
• 1 packet Ranch seasoning
• 1 cup water
