• 1 pound ground beef or turkey
• 1 1.5-ounce package taco seasoning mix (preferably low-sodium)
• 1 1-ounce package ranch dressing mix
• 1 15-ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles
• 1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels
• 4 cups water
• Tortilla chips, for garnish
• Sour cream, for garnish
• Shredded cheddar cheese, for garnish
