Paul Hollywood Boxing Day Pie Recipe | Christmas 2025 Leftover Turkey

Ingredients

• 450g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
• 100g strong white bread flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 75g chilled butter, cut into cubes
• 150g lard, cut into cubes
• 1 small egg, beaten, to glaze
• 200ml water
• 400g leftover stuffing (sage and onion, or your own preference)
• 500g cooked turkey, both white and brown meat, roughly chopped
• 200g fresh or frozen cranberries, defrosted
• 150g cranberry sauce
• Salt and black pepper
