Semifreddo is basically a tasty cloud you can eat with a spoon. Our simple version serves as an homage to the wonders of quality coffee.
Ingredients
- 400 ml (1¾ cup) 35% whipping cream
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) icing sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) granulated sugar
- 125 ml (½ cup) Stefano ground espresso classico, freshly brewed and hot
