Mary Anns Gumbo

Ingredients

• 2 Onions, diced
• 1 sm Can tomato sauce
• 1 tb Gumbo file (ground sassafras
• 3 tb Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 lb Crabmeat (do NOT use
• 1 1/2 c Celery, diced
• 2 c Ham, chopped
• 1 ts Pepper
• Cayenne pepper, to taste
• 6 c Water
• 3 ts Salt
• 1 lb Shrimp, boiled and peeled
• 2 c Sausage, cooked, sliced and
• 5 tb Vegetable oil
• 1 lg Can tomatoes, diced
• 1 Garlic minced
• 5 tb Flour
• 1 lb Frozen okra, cut in 1/2 inch
• 1 pt Oysters
