Dark chocolate steak marinade recipe
An unlikely combination, but you can believe us when we say this marinade works incredibly well with beef.
Ingredients
- 300 g minute steaks (we like field&flower)
- 15 g dark chocolate (we like Seed & Bean Wild & Organic 100% cocoa Ecuadorian Dark Chocolate)
- 325 ml boiling water
- 15 g dark brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
