Ingredients

• 3 tbsp (45 mL) 35 % cream
• 1 egg yolk
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) butter*

• 1 garlic clove finely chopped

• 1 can (12 oz/ 341 mL) corn kernels
• 1 can (14 oz/ 398 mL) creamed corn
• 6 slices of Canadian Mozzarella cheese
