• 2 Teaspoons Canola Oil
• 2 Teaspoons Chili Pepper Paste
• 1/2 LB Lean Ground Pork
• 2 Tablespoons Minced Ginger
• 1 Tablespoon Minced Lemongrass
• 1 Cup Carrots Julienned
• 1 Cup Green Onions Thinly Sliced
• 1 Cup Mushrooms Thinly Sliced
• 4 Cups Beef Broth
• 2 Pieces Star Anise
• 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce
• 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
