- Coarsely-ground black pepper
- 1/8 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Asiago Fresco cheese
- 1/4 cup grated aged cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh chives or thinly-sliced green onions
